2025 CHILDHOOD CANCER SURVIVOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE AZEN!

“In December 2015, at the age of 8, Azen was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Azen endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy, blood transfusions, platelet transfusions, port surgery, bone marrow biopsies, and many days in the hospital over his four years of treatment. In 2019, he finally finished treatment. He went on to live a semi-normal life, but little did we know, two short years later, his cancer would return at the age of 15. He’s missed a lot of high school due to being sick and in the hospital. Azen graduated from Elton Collegiate on June 20, 2025. We are all so very proud of him, and even though he had to fight these battles, he came out on top! We weren’t sure while he was sick if we were going to get to see him reach this milestone, but here we are, and we couldn’t be more thankful.”
