“Shortly before her 3rd birthday, Sophia was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. She went through two years of chemotherapy and finished her treatment in time to start kindergarten. She just graduated from her hometown school, Landmark Collegiate. She graduated with both the Merit and Laureate awards and received an award as the grad who displayed perseverance in achieving her high school diploma.
