HOW GENEROSITY GROWS!

We always encourage our board members, volunteers, families, and supporters to talk about the work we do and the families we serve because you never know where those conversations will lead.

We’re incredibly grateful to share that we have received our very first donation through the Winnipeg Foundation. Through the generosity of the Whitmore Family Fund, we received a gift of $5,500.

What makes this gift extra meaningful is the ripple effect behind it. It began with a fundraiser led by the Forever Young Club, which then inspired support from the Stradbrook Avenue Show Choir, ultimately leading to this generous gift being made in support of Candlelighters. It’s a beautiful reminder that one act of kindness can spark another, creating impact far beyond what any one of us can see in the moment.
